We charge a $100 refundable deposit when hiring any items. This will be refunded within 15 working days of returning the items clean, and folded the same as they went out.

We understand the use of Inflatables is often weather dependant. Please cancel as close to 24hours prior to pickup as possible. Once the Inflatable has been picked up there will be no refunds.

We will no longer be accepting any bookings if it is less than 2 weeks from the date of booking. This is due to invoicing and payments needing to be completed before the hire date.

Bookings must be made at least two weeks before your requested hire date.Please arrange your pick-up and drop-off times at least two days before your collection date to allow us time to coordinate our volunteer team.As Hokitika Community Trust is a volunteer-run organisation, we kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed pick-up and drop-off times. This helps ensure our volunteers can assist everyone as planned.Occasionally, we may need to adjust collection or return times to suit volunteer availability. If this is necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

If the weather forecast is not suitable, the Hokitika Community Trust reserves the right to cancel your inflatable booking for safety reasons. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.Our inflatables are not designed for use in wet weather. If rain is expected during your hire period, we recommend postponing your booking where possible.If an inflatable is used in the rain, it must be returned clean and completely dry. Any inflatable returned wet requires several days to be fully inflated and dried before it can be safely packed away again. This process involves additional time, handling, space, and power that are not included in the standard hire fee.

Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be processed.Please note that security deposit refunds will not be issued if the inflatable is returned dirty or wet. All inflatables must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition they were supplied.
